I've been working Sundance since 1991 and have seen it go through major changes. As you can see we have a really large crew here and it grows almost every year. Can't beat the tech crews here and a very understanding administration who knows how things are supposed to work. The Hill Top crew works closely with DPI from Atlanta, Georgia, Boston Light and Sound, and Dolby. From long hours of work, communal dinners (green chili pictured) to our wrap party, this is a tight knit "family" crew who really enjoy the festival and each other.
